We require a non-refundable reservation deposit amount when making a booking ahead of time (which goes toward the price of the rental); however if circumstances arise where you are unable to use the rental, the reservation deposit may be applied to a rental on a different day.

The remaining balance will be charged on the day of the rental when you sign the lease. If you do a walk up rental, your card will be charged at the time of the rental. It typically takes the bank 3-5 business days to release the hold on your card.
