Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

If you book ahead of time, your card will be charged a reservation deposit amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of the rental when you sign the lease. If you do a walk up rental, your card will be charged at the time of the rental.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
