If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING. Reservations require a nonrefundable deposit of the cost of your rental, this is to ensure that rental is there for you. When you make a reservation you are agreeing to be charged the full amount of your reservation and agree that no refunds will be issued if you need to cancel or reschedule. No Shows agree to be charged the full rental price.
In the case of inclement weather, refunds or reschedules will only be issued if the trip is cancelled by Mocean Waverunners.
