Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you choose to cancel or reschedule, 3 days or more prior (72 hours) prior to your departure there are no fees from Tally’s Dockside.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule, 1-2 (24-48 hours) prior to your departure, there is a $75.00 cancellation fee and a reschedule fee of $25.00 on pontoon boats only.
If you choose to cancel on the day of departure, there is no refund. Rescheduling is for exact time increments your original reservation was made.
For reservations made for the Fourth of July, if you choose to cancel or reschedule, you must cancel on or before June 20th. Cancellation after June 21st, there will be no refund or reschedule.
If on the day of your reservation, there is severe weather, defined as tornado warnings,lightening, torrential down pours and hurricane style winds, we will gladly reschedule your reservation to another date and waive the rescheduling $25.00 fee. Please call at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. Severe weather changes unexpectantly as it may be great weather in White Bear Lake and not in your hometown.
