Overcast, cloudy, predicted weather or cold weather does not apply. It must be raining and you MUST call us 20 minutes before your reservation to cancel. We are not accountable for any wind or weather that may hinder your use of the equipment. Once you leave the dock you are bound to your reserved rental time. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. On Half Day Rentals you may cancel on the day of the rental if it is actually raining in Naples, ME 20 minutes before your reserved time. Overcast, cloudy, predicted weather or cold weather does not apply. It must be raining and you MUST call use 20 minutes before your reservation to cancel. We are not accountable for any wind or weather that may hinder your use of the equipment. Once you leave the dock you are bound to your reserved rental time. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. On Single Day Rentals you may cancel on the day of the rental if it is actually raining in Naples, ME by 8:30 am on the morning of the rental. Overcast, cloudy, predicted weather or cold weather does not apply. It must be raining and you MUST call us by 8:30 am to cancel. We are not accountable for any wind or weather that may hinder your use of the equipment on multi day rentals. We do not pro-rate rentals. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

Note : Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 per dog fee to ride on the boat. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in your vehicle. If your dog causes an excessive mess and requires a deep clean a $100 fee will apply. The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by the dog to the rented equipment.
