Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellation of your reservation within 14 days of arrival results in the entire lodging amount per reserved room to be non-refundable. No shows and early departures are charged the entire amount of the reserved stay. Cancellation outside of 14 days results in a $15 cancellation fee per reserved room. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit for all summer online reservations. A two night minimum stay is required on weekends, Memorial Day Friday thru Labor Day Monday. Credit Card Authorization is required for all Reservations. Off season cancellation within 3 days of arrival result in the first night of lodging to be non-refundable.
