Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : We take 100% of the payment at the time of booking. The summer season is very short and very busy. We encourage you to make a reservation as soon as possible to ensure you get the exact date and boat you would like.
We have a 72 hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 72 hours from your scheduled reservation in order to receive a full refund. If your reservation is canceled inside the 72 hour window you will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
We will determine if the weather is safe for boating. If the weather is unsafe, we will refund you 100% of your price
