Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Deposits will be returned when reservations are cancelled at least 30 days in advance. After that refunds on partial cancellation of up to 5 units will be given when cancellation are received at least 10 days prior to your trip.

Effective May 15 through September 15 absolutely no refund due to inclement weather. The only exception will be due to high water or unsafe canoeing condition which will be determined by the management of White's Canoe Livery.

No refund for canoeist completing 2 or 3 day trips in less than scheduled time, or those choosing not to complete the trip.
