Blue Waters Resort & RV Park……… One of the first resorts built in the area shortly after they dammed the White River to form Bull Shoals Lake. Blue Waters Resort was originally operated by Mr. McBride whose hospitality was well known in the area. Because of the outstanding fishing on Bull Shoals Lake the resort became very popular. Several of our neighbors found this peaceful scenic area while staying at the resort; they fell in love with it and retired on McBride Road. One of our neighbors even helped build the resort. We are proud to continue the tradition of operating a friendly clean resort where everyone feels welcome. You can truly enjoy our unique get-away to beautiful Bull Shoals Lake cabins on the southern Missouri/Northern Arkansas border! Bring your clothes, camera, food, fishing equipment, and lake toys and enjoy the peace and solitude of your very own lake side Ozark Mountain cabin. We also offer full hook-ups for your RV, all with a gorgeous view of the lake on an annual lease. Located on Bull Shoals Lake near Buck Creek & Shoal Creek in Protem Mo (note we have a Missouri address but are really in Arkansas.) The pristine waters and lush foliage create an oasis of peace where you can spend the day just taking in the beautiful scenery and breathtaking sunsets or you can hike, picnic, water ski, swim, fish, take an exhilarating spin around the lake or visit the many attractions of Branson Missouri, only an hour away. Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers and to allow us to operate our business. Due to the seasonal nature of our business we rely on advance reservations. Once we accept your reservation, we remove the cabin and/or boat from the available list turning down all other request. Many of our guests select their vacation destination months in advance. When we remove accommodations from the open listing, they choose another time or perhaps another destination. If you cancel less than 30 days from your check-in, and your cabin is not re-rented for the entire length of your reserved stay, you may be expected to pay for the time you reserved at the base rate. This will be charged to your credit card. Outside if the busy season, reservations cancelled less than 7 days from check-in, you may be charged 50% of your reserved stay. If you have any questions, please ask prior to making your reservations. All reservation cancelled within the cancellation window will receive a deposit refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
