Cancellations outside of 7 days are eligible for full refund. Cancellations between 2 and 7 days are eligible for the same refund ONLY if we are able to fill the reservation. If not, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation less than 2 days out receive NO REFUND. No refunds for loss of use due to damage to boat or motor caused by renter.

Note : The person providing the deposit must be the one to sign the Boat Rental Agreement. The rented craft shall not be used for any unlawful purpose or operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Boat occupancy must not exceed boat capacity. No nighttime running- craft must be secured between sunset and sunrise. Any person not signatory to the Rental Agreement may not operate the craft. Boston Harbor Boat Rentals, LLC and renter must complete boat inspection checklist at check-in and checkout. Renter is responsible for learning and obeying all local, state and federal laws pertaining to operating the rented craft. Rental Fee is due prior to boarding. Visa, MasterCard, cash, check (must clear prior to departure) or money order accepted. No checks accepted at time of boarding. Any and all collection fees, except normal processing fees, shall be the responsibility of the renter and will be billed to your credit card. A 6.25% Commonwealth of Massachusetts Use Tax will be collected for each rental.
