Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to rental date for full refund of deposit. If you cancel inside 7 days of your rental date, the balance due on the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file.
Note : If your boating time is reduced due to rain in Grand Haven, we give a partial refund. If it rains all day, in Grand Haven, you get a full refund. The decision is not made until the day of your rental, after 1:00 pm. There are no cancellations based on forecast. For rentals of 3+ consecutive days, there are no refunds for inclement weather.
