Seth and Liz Lyell are the owners and operators of Lazy Waves. They have lived in the Columbia, South Carolina area for over 30 years. Their dream was to show people how much fun Lake Murray can be, and what better way to accomplish that dream than a boat rental company! With 30 years experience on Lake Murray, they know every cove, fishing hole and island around the entire man-made wonder. While Seth and Liz, do not have children of their own, Liz has been running a very successful day care service in Lexington, South Carolina for the last 11 years. She loves to see kids smile. Seth has been an avid boater and Lake Murray fanatic since his parents taught him about boating starting at the age of five years old. It was like a duck to water, he was docking thirty foot cabin boats before he was ten years old. At 12, Seth was insistent to learn how to drive a truck so he could tow his own boat.
