We require at least a 30 day notice if you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel five to 30 days prior to reservation, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation or you will be given the option to book/change your reservation dates to other available times. Less than a 5 day notice or a no-show on the day of the rental, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Note : If on the day of arrival we are experiencing weather that Leelanau Pontoon Rentals deems unsafe, we will issue full refunds. This is a call that can only be determined by LPR as we want to ensure everyone’s safety and sending anyone out in heavy rain or expected lightning.
