A reservation may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the rental. After 48 hours before the rental time, the customer is obligated to pay the entire rental fee. A cancellation may not be made by leaving a voice mail or by email. Deposits are nonrefundable, with the exception of inclimate weather. If the weather is inclement, and the customer has called Westport Marina to cancel the rental, the customer will not be charged for the rental. Same day cancellations are not allowed unless it is weather related. You will be charged the full rental rate if you no show for your rental.
