48hr notice on all cancellations or the deposit will be Non Refundable. Holiday Week renters must give 5 day notice on all cancellations or the deposit will be Non Refundable. Weather- In the event of hazardous weather or rain there will be Zero charge for cancellation. That decision can only be made at the Time of the rental on the dock and not by any weather organization. Weather- The renter may cancel before they leave the dock if bad weather is present. After the rental boat leaves the dock there will be no refunds if renter comes in early due to bad weather.
