Sardis Lake is one of Mississippi’s best kept secrets. Over 32,000 surface acres at summer “pool”, this Corps of Engineers managed lake is the perfect place to fish, ski, camp or just hang out on the water with family and friends. The lake offers all the amenities needed for a fun filled day, weekend or longer. Is fishing your thing? Sardis Lake has you covered. The lake is consistently voted as one of the top Crappie fishing lakes in the nation. Additionally, Sardis Lake’s lower lake area holds the Mississippi State record for both Hybrid Bass and Bighead Carp. Finally, every Memorial Day weekend the St Jude Bass Tournament brings hundreds of professional and amateur fishermen to the lake for a good cause. Perhaps you like to Ski, Tube, Wakeboard or otherwise zip around the water. Yep, Sardis Lake has that too. Here at the marina you can rent a pontoon boat, a ski boat and all the skis, wakeboards or tubes you need for endless water adventure. And if you just like to just spend a lazy day at the water’s edge then then you need to grab a lawn chair, some sunscreen and come on down to the marina or any of the many day use areas around the lake. Better yet pack up the camper and come for the weekend. Sardis Lake Marina is the only marina located at the lake and has the only dockage, on-water fueling and water accessible restaurant. The marina has 140 slips, offers 89 octane ethanol free unleaded gas, rental boats, a ships store and a restaurant overlooking the lake. No visit to Sardis Lake would be complete without visiting the marina. Although Pickwick and Blue Springs are more recognizable lakes, Sardis Lake offers all the same activities and may even be more convenient. Check out the comparison of driving times below and then use the rest of this website to plan your Sardis Lake getaway.
