72 hour notice of cancellation is required for a full rental deposit refund. Notifications after 72 hours but more than 48 hrs will receive a prorated refund of 66%, and notifications after 48 hrs but more than 24 hrs will receive a prorated refund of 33%.

Note : Allowance of pets will be on a case by case basis, and any and all actions of a pet will be the responsibility of the renter.
Note : Rental craft and/or equipment returned excessively dirty will result in a reasonable cleaning charge of at least $25 and not to exceed the replacement value of the equipment. No water craft operator shall be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the rental period. No barbeque grills or cooking sources are allowed on any rental equipment. No beaching of motorized rental boats.
