We are a family owned and operated small business; therefore, we do not accept last-minute cancellations of, or adjustments to, your reservations. Cancellations must be made more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Changes cannot be made to your reservation within 30 days of arrival, unless you wish to extend your reservation and we have the ability to accommodate your request. We have a limited number of lodging units, slips and boat rentals. We are located in a secluded region of Bull Shoals Lake, which makes it more difficult to fill last-minute openings due to cancellations.
