All Transaction Fees are Non-Refundable 100% if 1 day(s) prior to cancellation ALL HOUSEBOAT CANCELLATIONS SUBJECT TO MINIMUM NON-REFUNDABLE $500 FEE. HOUSEBOAT CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RENTAL DATE FORFEITS $1200 DEPOSIT All cancellations must be in writing and sent by email to support at Beavers Bend Marina . com. Early cancellation requests may be made AT ANY TIME during the applicable Contract Term or Renewal Term. Early cancellation requests will only be made effective if your account is current on payment. A no call-no show results in forfeit of entire deposit. Canceling day of or less than 24 hours’ notice is $200. Recommended 24 hours’ notice from reservation date there is no fee.
