If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Reservation must be cancelled 3 days prior to the date reserved to receive a $35 refund of the $50 deposit, if not cancelled you will lose the $50 deposit.
In the event of inclement weather (i.e. complete rain out on day of reservation or severe weather) you will receive a $35 refund of the $50 deposit or you can move reservation to another date without penalty.
