Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : A reservation is made once you have scheduled and paid by credit card. Cancellation 72 hrs or more before your scheduled reservation, you will receive a complete refund. 48 to 72 hrs, you will receive a 50% refund. Anytime between 48 hrs and your scheduled reservation time, you will forfeit your payment.
If you are late for your rental, you forfeit the time that you are late and your time will not be made up at the end. So it is important that you plan ahead to arrive early.
We ask that everyone with reservations arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled reservation in order to go over safety precautions and to familiarize yourself with the watercraft you will be renting.
In the event of inclement weather, Ray Roberts Water Sports, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel your reservation for your safety. We generally will only cancel in the event of heavy rain, high winds, or lightning. When we are forced to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
Our goal is to provide riders with a safe and memorable experience.
Rescheduling or canceling is allowed due to severe or dangerous weather conditions. But not for minor conditions such as overcast skies, light precipitation, etc.
