If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : NO refunds will be given for cancellations except for emergencies only. We will work with you and schedule you to another day.
In the case of bad weather, we will schedule you for another day OR will issue you a gift card that you can use at your convenience.
If a cancellation is needed, there will be an $80 cancellation fee that we will keep from your refund.
