Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations must be 45 days in advance otherwise the total contracted amount is due when canceling the service. Cancellation insurance may be purchase for only 10% of the total rental rate allowing you to cancel or change the number of days with 48 hours of the start of your rental start time. Within 48 hours the total rental rate will be charged with no refund.
