If you need to cancel your reservation due to travel restrictions, illness, or other COVID-19 related reasons, we’ll take care of you. Since we do not charge your card until you arrive, you can cancel at any time without penalty. For now, we are waiving our usual 7 Day Cancellation Policy, and will honor cancellations up until the date of your arrival. We only ask that you please let us know as soon as you can, so we can make arrangements and get you set. Your credit card will be charged for the entire rental period if a no-show or cancellation occurs the day of the reservation.

Special Policy

Once you provide your credit card information, your reservation is guaranteed. We will hold the equipment for the day of your scheduled arrival, but we won’t charge you yet. When you arrive, the full rental fee is due, and we will charge you then. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

The security deposit is $500 for each personal watercraft. Security deposits help cover problems or accidents that occur during a reservation, like low fuel, a broken mirror, or an unreturned key.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : The weather at Lake Powell is often unpredictable. Our number one priority is the safety of our customers. If weather predictions show a chance of high winds or rain, we may recommend rescheduling your reservation, or canceling your reservation altogether. Cancellation charges will be waived if weather conditions are a high risk for boaters. We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of unpredictable weather.

All rentals are full when you pick them up, and must be returned full to avoid extra charges. Our equipment uses regular unleaded gasoline, and refueling instructions are provided during pickup. Missing fuel will be charged at the rate of $5.00 per gallon.
