Lakeshore Marina has a boat storage facility smack dab on the Tennessee River next to the Chickamauga Dam and just minutes to downtown Chattanooga. We have numerous dry inside storage racks for docking boats from fifteen feet and up and offer short term (3 month minimum - summer and winter) dry storage as well as discounted prices for annual commitments. Protect your boat from the harsh Tennessee summer sun and those cold winter days and nights (not to mention those summer rainstorms and road dirt) and add years to the life of your boat.
We offer beautiful deep water sheltered and covered wet slips at the best monthly rates around town. Our wet slips range from thirty feet (minimum) to seventy feet in length, up to twenty feet in width and up to twenty-four feet in height. Check out our rate table below. Please note that contracts are on an annual basis and an eight percent (8%) discount applies for annual contracts paid in full prior at the start of a contract term. Short term contracts are not offered for our wet slips. All wet slips have water and, except for E dock, all have electricity.
Need a place for your jet ski? We offer tie-up space on the docks, jet ski docks, indoor winter storage for your jet ski on trailer and outdoor trailer storage as well.

We have cold beer, snacks, ice, PFD's, dock lines, fenders of all sizes, toiletries, oil, wake boards, awesome tubes and fuel. Chances are that if we don't have it you probably don't need it!
