Make your cancellation request 24 hours prior to the tour/rental time a 100% refund will be issued. Cancelation request made within 24 hours of the tour/rental time no refund will be issued.

Note : We will not hold your money if you decide not to paddle in potential foul weather. We monitor the weather constantly. If any tour or rental is cancelled by Canoe & Trail Adventures due to dangerous weather (lightning, high winds, flood warnings, etc.) a 100% store credit or refund will be issued, customers choice. If rainy but not dangerous weather is in the forecast we will do our best to notify everyone beforehand. If you do not want to paddle in iffy weather but would like to keep your reservation until just before your time hoping the rain clears we will still offer a refund or credit for a future paddle, your choice. Again we will not hold your money if you decide not to paddle in potential foul weather.

Note : Dogs are welcome to come paddle and eat at Chimes. If your dogs weighs over 30 lbs we recommend canoes over kayaks but you are welcome to use either.
