Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Please understand upon booking a reservation in person or over the phone that we have a strict 2-hour cancellation policy.
All customers have two hours prior to the start time of the reservation to give notice of a cancellation.
If customers book a reservation during the two hour time period, the reservation is locked in and non-refundable.
Customers will be charged for no call or no show for the full price of what they reserved.
All reservations made online are not subject to refund.
