If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : All Miami boat rentals purchases are final and nonrefundable, except for severe weather conditions. In case of severe weather conditions your deposit can be refunded or your reservation may be rescheduled. Miami Party Boat Rentals reserve the right to cancel all reservations with or without notice due to bad weather (hurricane, rain, wind) or mechanical issues. Changes to your reservation may be permitted no later than 7 days before the date of the rental.

No open fire is allowed on board. No cigarettes, hookah, grills etc. Electronic cigarettes are fine. You can smoke at the Haulover Sandbar or on the islands. We will impose $350 fine for violating this rule.
The rates do not include 7% Florida sales tax and gas.
A $500 refundable credit card deposit is required to protect the boat against damage
