Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Customers must pay a $50 cancellation fee regardless of when they cancel. Customers will also have to pay a $50 fee in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations within 72 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund of the total of the boat rental. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
