Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Non-holiday vessel rental reservations cancelled wihin 48 hours of the reserved date will be subject to a $50 cancellation charge.
Holiday vessel rental reservations cancelled within SEVEN (7) days of the reserved holiday date will be charged the full amount of the holiday rental rate.
There will be NO cancellation charge if there is a 50 percent or greater chance of rain on the reservation date. In the event of rain or forcasted rain and the customer chooses to go out on the vessel, there will be no refunds for early returns.

Note: No, only service animals are allowed with advance notice and proper documentation. Renter assumes all risk and responsibility and will be required to supply their service animal with a life jacket and/or PFD.
