Animals do impact the weight and passenger capacity of the boats and will be counter towards the maximum capacity. Also, depending on their comfort level with the water animals may cause the boat to be unstable. Boat Rentals of America is not responsible for animals that ends up in the water or for boats that are capsized as a result of an animals movement
