We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for rentals. This means that you can cancel a reservation with more than 72 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged a deposit of 50% of the rental fee. Any cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the rental. The only exception to this policy is if we have to cancel due to weather. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Kayak Excursions and only apply to half day and daily rentals.

Note : Our full day rentals are up to 24 hours in duration. You must have a safe place to keep your rentals over night, or we can pick them up at the end of the day, usually around 5pm, though later times are often available.
