Cancellations up to 7 days before your reservation date are 100% refundable. If you have to cancel with less than 7 days’ notice you will forfeit your reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. However, you may reschedule up to 48 hours before your reservation time based on availability.

If your rental is more than $300 and greater than 7 days before your rental time you may call us at 616-953-9840 and pay a 50% deposit.
