If paying by check, your deposit is due within 10 day, or your reservation will be cancelled. Deposits will be refunded only if a written request for cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the boarding date of your reservation. A $175 processing fee will be charged on all refunds. No exceptions. The Aurora's are non-refundable.
