Refunds will be granted with a minimum of 45 day notification prior to arrival date, less $10.00 transaction fee. Less than 45 day notification results in no refund of deposit.

Note : ALL PETS ARE TO BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES AND WASTE CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY. Pit Bull Terriers / American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hounds, Rottweiler’s and any other dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior are restricted from the Resort. No barking dogs will be tolerated at any time. Do not leave pets unattended outside of RV. All complaints will be confirmed and addressed by the resort office. Proof of pet license and current shot records may be required. Walk your dog out back or at La Paz Dog Park, please clean up after your dog if we have to do it we will charge you. Do not use beach as restroom for pets. Pet fee for up to 2 pets per site is $20.00 per stay. First offense- friendly warning, second offense- possible loss of camping privileges.
