If you cancel 7 days prior to your reservation, the full deposit refund will be returned minus a $10 fee for processing. If you cancel at least 3 days prior to your reservation, any payments you've made (except $100 portion of the damage deposit) is refundable. For example: If you have a Saturday 9am reservation you would need to call before Wednesday at 9am. If a jet ski pickup is "no-showed" or cancelled within 3 days of the reservation, the rental fees will be taken out of your damage deposit, and the remainder of your deposit will be returned.
