Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations up to 7 days before your reservation date are 100% refundable. If you have to cancel with less than 7 days’ notice you will forfeit your reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. However, you may reschedule up to 48 hours before your reservation time based on availability.
If your boating time is reduced due to rain in Grand Haven, we will give a partial refund for the time that went unused. The decision is not made until 1pm, the day of the rental. There are no cancellations based on forecast before the day of your rental. For rentals of 3+ consecutive days, there are no refunds for inclement weather. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the weather is going to be severe. There are no refunds if the weather is cloudy/colder

Michigan Rent a Boat will provide you with a full tank of fuel upon delivery. Each Bentley pontoon has a 32 gallon fuel tank located near the outboard motor. For Rental Deliveries, the boat must be returned to our staff with a full tank of recreational fuel. There will be a fuel charge if the tank is not full. Ask our staff for more options and information. Hourly rental prices include fuel.
