How does Docklyne work for renters?

Well that is the question, isn’t it? We’ve built a booking engine to help you easily find nearby commercial boat rental operations and to facilitate connection with their vessels! From Pontoons to Paddleboards we have them hosted here and we want to see you renting them!

 

1.    To arrive at the watercraft listing page you need to enter the location in which you want to rent, the date and number of passengers in the search bar on www.docklyne.com

2.    Once you arrive on the search listings results page you will see a number of vessels available to rent that meet your initial search criteria.

3.    For ease of accessibility we also allow boats to be organized by Operation so if you click that button you will be shown the rental operations near you.

4.    Either way you sort the results, if you wish to find more specific results please utilize the filters at the top.

5.    Once you’ve found the vessel you wish to rent, click the listing and you will be directed to the listing page for booking.

6.    On the vessel page you will find pricing, photos of the vessel, details about the vessel and rules and policies. Please review the Cancellation and refund policies before you inquire as we do not wish just so you are aware if you have to cancel. Please be aware that Docklyne’s service fees are non-refundable.

7.    After you inquire the commercial boat rental operator has 24 hours to review your reservation. If they accept your reservation your booking will be processed and your card will be charged. If they decline it would be because they cannot accept your booking at the time and we will help you find a similar vessel!

8.    After a booking is confirmed and payment process you are ready to float! You will receive an email with all of the confirmation details and your day on the water is set!

9.    Please remember to leave a review after your voyage’s conclusion! We are building a community here and each review is a brick! Please review both the Vessel and Operator!
