If you cancel your confirmed booking the cancellation is effective immediately. The total refund you receive will be based upon the cancellation policy set by the rental operation. There are four cancellation policies that operations can apply to rentals (relaxed, moderate firm and strict). They are listed below:
● Relaxed
○ Renters who cancel at least 24 hours before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid
○ Renters who cancel within 24 hours of check-in will receive no refund
● Moderate
○ Renters who cancel at least 3 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.
○ Renters who cancel within 3 days before check-in will receive no refund
● Firm
○ Renters who cancel at least 7 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.
○ Renters who cancel within 7 days before check-in will get no refund.
● Strict
○ Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.
○ Renters who cancell between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
○ Renters who cancel within 7 days of check-in will receive no refund
