Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : A renter looking to cancel will always have to go through you to process any refund. This set cancelation policy will help answer a lot of questions for both parties. Renters will know how much of a refund they might receive. Commercial boat rental operators who require renter to consent to a supplemental rental agreement must ensure that (1) the supplemental agreement is linked to the listing and available for renters to review before booking and (2) any cancelation policy set forth in the supplemental agreement is the same as or more lenient than the cancelation policy selected here.
