Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Non-Holiday Boat rental reservations canceled within 48 hours of the reserved date will be subject to a $50 cancellation charge.
Holiday Boat Rental reservations canceled within 7 Days of the reserved Holiday Date will be charged the full amount of the Holiday rental rate.
There will be no cancellation charge if there is a 40 percent or greater chance of rain on the reservation date.
In the event of rain or forecasted rain and the customer chooses to go out on the boat, there will be no refunds for early returns.
