If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : There is NO early return refund.
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be fully refunded. However, WE reserve the right to decide if the weather is inclement.
No-Shows or cancellations within a 72 hour period of the reservation will not receive a refund of any amount.
Cancellations 1 week prior to the reservation are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made over a week prior to the date of reservation will be charged $75 per machine.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violation to our policies.
It is inevitable that reserved equipment will occasionally be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances at the time of your rental reservation. We reserve the right to offer you substitute equipment of equal or greater value in lieu of the originally reserved equipment at no extra cost to you. If no alternate equipment is available, we really have no choice but to reschedule or cancel your reservation. All attempts possible will be made to avoid this type of cancellation.

Renters will be charged a $500/machine damage deposit at time of reservation. Damage deposit will be refunded in full if machine is returned unharmed.
Any damages over $100 must be reported immediately to Powersport Rentals and a local law enforcement agency.
