If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Canceling a reservation within 24 hours of the start date of the reservation; no refund will be given
Canceling a reservation within 48 hours of the start date of the reservation; a 25% refund will be given
Canceling a reservation within 72 hours of the start date of the reservation; a 75% refund will be given
Any canceled reservation outside of 72 hours of the start date of the reservation; an 85% refund will be given
A full refund will not be given on any canceled reservation due to the high yielding credit card processing fees, sales taxes, and the cost of holding an item on reserve that is imposed on Pleasure Island Rentals. Thank you for your understanding.
