Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Non-holiday rental: Canceling reservation 24 hours or more before the rental you are responsible for a $50 cancellation fee with the balance paid credited back to the credit card used.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the rental are responsible for the full rental amount. Those cancelling 48 hours or more before the rental are responsible for a $50 cancellation fee with the balance paid credited back to credit card used.
